potty training, mess making, happy, hilarious little 2 year old

This week:

- while sitting on the grass she picked individual blades of grass and "painted" her fingernails one by one then blew on them.

- said to papa cowley "going to peepee and mimi's house?" haha.  She calls my dad and mom papa and mimi but this time it came out peepee.

-she's been wearing underwear most of the day since last Saturday and has had 2 accidents.  She is really doing so good! She loves going on the potty and wearing her panties.  The only thing is we still remind her to go every hour. When do they start knowing for themselves when to go? By the way, I'm obsessed with how cute the little tiny panties are on her tiny bum. haha. Love it

- we were watching the suns/lakers game tonight but on commercials we would switch over the sytycd.  When we switched back to the game Joce said, "Jocelyn wants to watch the dance one." She talks amazingly well and constantly.

- she entertains herself really good and is constantly dancing and singing little made up songs.

- loves to give mom and dad hugs and kisses.  When daddy left for work today she said, "wait! Jocelyn wants a kiss!!" Then after he gave her one she said, "now kiss mommy." He did and she said, "good job."

Mother's Day

We had a great day yesterday.  Casey really took care of everything and let me relax all day.  He is the best! He made me the best buttermilk pancakes for breakfast.  He also got me an apron that I have been loving from Flirty Aprons and had Jocelyn draw me a picture. During church he tickled my back and gave me hand rubs the whole time.

We got to spend some time with both of our mothers.  I feel so blessed to have them in my life.  They are both such great examples to me of the kind of mother I want to be.  I love being a mom!!
